Empowerment Program

Every interested homeless individual desiring personal empowerment to change their life will complete our screening process. The final phase of this process will resemble a job interview for the FWE Earning While Learning program. Certain criteria will be required:

Level of commitment - at least six months; one year preferred
Level of commitment - self-investment
Level of commitment - making a product that will benefit the public and learning job ethics and skills
Level of commitment - become an active participant and peer supporter in the daily group seminars and meetings.

Discrimination in any form has no room or place here at FWE and will not be tolerated.
